EALO Solution Fellowship

Solve Real Problems. Develop Real Leaders.

Fellows work in small teams on real community and societal problems. They conduct field research, build evidence, develop practical solutions and follow those solutions through action and monitoring — guided by an EALO Project Lead.

“Don't train young people to simply talk about leadership. Give them real problems to solve.”

What is the fellowship?

Leadership developed through real work, not the classroom

The EALO Solution Fellowship gives young people the opportunity to develop leadership, research and problem-solving capabilities by working on real problems. It is not primarily a classroom-based leadership programme. It is a practical extension of EALO's institutional model: Problems → Research → Solutions → Impact.
